This IGP is senseless by dismissing Ex- SARS officers Excatly a year ago , I wrote this
It is a stupid act by IG to have DISMISSED 37 ex- SARS By Wale Ojo - Lanre Usi Ekiti. Granted they are devils Granted they are evils Granted they are armed robbers in uniform Granted they are from the pit of hell Granted they deserved the worst punishment But dismissal is not a wise option It is a foolish act Remember what a dismissal entails All the years of service are obliterated No gratuity No pension No allowance No reward No severance package Whatever contributions they made are deleted No MONITORING after dismissal For they are not known to the force They are persona non-granta henceforth They cannot enjoy gratis from es spirit de corps All their years of service ended in vain and void I am not smiling Dismissing these ex- SARS is the height of senselessness Imagine dismissing Those who have been trained in the art of using a lethal weapon Dismissing those who have spent the better part of their lives in tracking armed robbers, interacting with miscreants, dining and winning with the dregs of the society Those who know much about fraud perpetration, aide and abet, execution and prevention of criminal acts Imagine dismissing them Which entails going home with whatever the ill-gotten gains they must have made Going home without any severance package Dismissed with the ignominy of getting no salary or allowances at the end of the month Dismissed without nothing to fall back on ......except the experience, the skill at using the gun, the method of implementing criminal.acts and going back to the friendship of those criminals who they have helped ....and since they will not be monitored ....they become Consultants for criminals if not criminals themselves You can see that this act of Dismissal is total out of a sense ...the force should probe them ..... reduce their rank ........ down grade them ..........hard task them .....quarantined them ......profile them. ......relaunder their mental plate .......place them on a menial job These and others will safe the society from the evil backlash of dismissing trained devils.

    It's true but if it's true that they're real committed without permission of they are Boss and do illegal job without any warranty

    Amb. Wale: you are downright right! We have no blueprint on policy decision but often act on hunches! Most often our reasonableness are submerged by unbridled emotions and sentiments, leading to "spur-of-the-moment" decision and resulting to fatality! Nothing is bad in absolute sense, otherwise there won't be an atom of comedy in every tragedy! Maradona wasn't perfect conduct-wise.
