Legal practitioner and rights activist, Kayode Ajulo has explained that the constitutional roles of law enforcement agencies in Nigeria doesn’t include inflicting pain on citizens. “The court has held that the Police and law enforcement agencies can carry out their duties within the confines of the 1999 Constitution.
